Impact is a tiny company trying to do great theatre at prices comparable to a movie ticket, because way way way way more people go to see movies than live theatre, and price is one of the reasons for that. (We read that in a marketing survey somewhere.) But in order to remove that particular barrier, we have to cut a lot of corners in our budgets—and even then it's a struggle to break even.
