Sins: Lust | Envy | Sloth | Pride | Anger | Gluttony

Frank Wortham returns with his celebrated solo show House of Lucky, which premiered at Impact and went on to runs at the Marsh and the Magic Theatre. Frank portrays 17 different characters as he tells the story of Harper Jones, a twentysomething poet working for a Green Tortoise-like bus-travel company. A drug-fueled odyssey through two days and nights, House of Lucky is a uniquely San Franciscan coming-of-age tale that has thrilled audiences and critics alike. Impact is beyond excited to welcome Frank back to La Val's for this revival of a local solo hit.

"It delivers the thrill of a performance virtuoso riding high and hard on the power of the spoken word."—SF Chronicle

"Wortham proves himself a gifted Chameleon of a performer and a writer with perfect pitch for the mad music of contemporary speech."—SF Bay Guardian

"Wortham is the ultimate adventure tour guide taking us on the wild ride through Muni tunnels and the hills of Potrero and North Beach."—SF Examiner

"House of Lucky feverishly captures the high of reckless youth, as well as the hedonist's hangover. Wortham is one of the most exciting young performers around."—San Jose Mercury News
