it's your turn in the spotlight
360 Storytelling at Impact next Tuesday!
Everyone likes stories. We at Impact like them so much that we make theatre. We just can't get enough, though, and so we'd like to invite you to a 360 Storytelling event next Tuesday at La Val's, starting at 7pm. It's FREE!
What's 360 Storytelling? Simple: we'll be there. You'll be there. And we'll tell each other stories. Your story can be a rehearsed piece, or it can be off the top of your head. The only rule is that you have 6 minutes — 360 seconds — to tell it. You don't have to tell a story to come to the event: you're welcome to participate just as an audience member, but we hope you'll join in as a storyteller too.
There's a theme, an idea from MilkMilkLemonade, the first show of our next season: My Body. Take it loosely — it's a starting point, not a rule.
The idea comes from our friends at 2amtheatre, and it's happening at theatres all over the country. Come on down to La Val's, grab a beer, and get in on the action!
RSVP on Facebook or click here to learn more about 360.
See you Tuesday!

You’re the key to
Impact’s success
Theatre is always best when the house is packed. You know what we're talking about—there's just more excitement all around you. We do what we can with our limited advertising budget, but really, the best way to build our audience is something only you can do. Become a fan or share our events on Facebook, review us on Yelp, follow us on Twitter, blog about us, email friends—anything you can do is a huge help. You rock!
