A perennial audience favorite, Impact Briefs are collections of brand-spanking-new 10-minute comedies. In Sinfully Delicious, we take the series a step forward with shorts fueled by the seven deadly sins. Culled from a record-breaking 400-plus submissions, the plays cover tourists in hell, a mysterious dead clown, a torrid affair amid the search for the perfect cup of coffee, cheerleaders with older men, wives and threesomes and many more topics that are guaranteed to send you straight to hell—just for watching them.
Plus, Sinfully Delicious adds a new forbidden pleasure to the mix: tantalizing tastes of mouth-watering burlesque sprinkled throughout the show. You may need extra beer for this one.

We know, we know — you love Impact, and you keep intending to become one of our valued donors, but you keep thinking of it at inopportune times. We're the same way. So here's your golden opportunity to guarantee reserved seats at any show (even if it's sold out online), get an Impact shirt, get the Impact cocktail book, and many more perks of being part of the Impact family. Know someone whom you think would love to know about Briefs or anything else in this email?

We know you dig the Shakes; after all, Impact sells out every time we do one. But it's a long time till our next one, and until then, where will you go for another good time with the Bard? Easy: Cal Shakes' first Big Shindig of 2007: Superheroes & Supervillains.
Shindigs are pre-show parties with games, snacks, and cocktails, and this, the first one of Cal Shakes' 2007 season, is tailor-made for their current production, Richard III, which the Oakland Tribune calls "masterful."
Make your own cape, arm-wrestle a Cal Shakes superstar, spin the prize wheel for a chance to win a fabulous superhero prize (while supplies last). And if you already know what color hat you wear (or don't want to risk getting it knocked off), kick back and enjoy Kryptonite Punch, hero sandwiches, and Bison beer.
This Thursday, June 14 6pm
$15 for 30 and under /
$40-50 for everyone else
(food & drink included)
Where: Cal Shakes'
Bruns Amphitheatre, Orinda
(NOT AT IMPACT!)
