How to use your 2015–16 subscription
First off, thank you so much for joining us for our 20th season! You’re in for a great year of theatre we know you’ll love, plus awesome benefits because we’re so thrilled to have you with us all season.
Each time you use your subscription ticket, you’ll receive a voucher for a free soft drink or $2 off a glass of beer or wine.
And now, here’s how to make the most of your Impact subscription:
How do I get my tickets and seats for each show?
Let us take care of your tickets for you. Just email us with your date, number of seats to reserve (include any guest seats even though you’ll get those separately — see below), and preferred seating choices. Here’s the seating chart to help you choose your dates and seats.
If you’re bringing guests: please purchase any extra tickets separately online. On the screen where you choose your ticket types, there’s a box at the bottom where you can enter the special code 1516sub for your subscriber discount. You can use this discount not only for your guests but also for yourself if you want to see the show again or one of our non-subscription special performances.
When should I request my tickets and seats?
Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance of your performance.
We hold back a number of seats for subscribers and donors until 48 hours before each performance, at which point we release those seats to the online sales. Please note that the later you request your seats, the greater the chance that another subscriber may have asked for them already. If that’s the case, we’ll seat you as close to your desired seats as possible and may email you with a couple of choices. For your best shot at getting exactly the seats you want on your date, however, please email us as soon as you can.
